We aim to build young Houston men into leaders on and off the lacrosse field through the game of lacrosse. Whether your son has experience or is new to the game, the Shellback Houston Lacrosse Program strives to create a positive, fun environment focusing on improving each player's individual skill and lacrosse I.Q. Through lacrosse, we will emphasize character development, respect and teamwork.

Shellback Lacrosse will follow a specific teaching method called E.D.I.P
Educate Our coaches will explain each skill
Demonstrate Our coaches will demonstrate the skill
Imitate Every player will imitate the skill to the coaches, ensuring the right technique is being used properly
Practice Each skill will be positively reinforced by the coaches throughout the training session, resulting in improved retention and better overall skill development
